Refund and Return Policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition: unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@lum.shop with your order number and a short note about why you're returning. We'll send you the return address and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or wrong item

If your item arrives broken, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We replace or refund free of charge with no return shipping required.

Non-returnable items

Custom or personalized items, gift cards, and items marked final sale cannot be returned.
