Lum currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

How long it takes

Most orders process within 1 to 2 business days. US delivery typically takes 7 to 18 business days; the exact ETA is shown on each product page. Tracking number sent by email when your order ships.

Shipping cost

Standard rates calculated at checkout based on cart and address.

If something goes wrong

Tracking stuck for more than 5 business days, or order arrived damaged: email support@lum.house. We replace defective items free.
