Where we ship

Right now Lum ships only to addresses within the United States. We're working on opening up to more regions later this year.

How long it takes

Most orders process within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, US delivery typically takes 7 to 10 business days from our partner warehouse. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and your delivery address.

If something goes wrong

If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, or if your order arrives damaged, email us at hello@lum.shop and we'll sort it. We replace defective and damaged items free of charge.
