By using lum.shop, you agree to the terms below.

1. Who we are

Lum is an online store selling decorative lighting and ambient home goods. The store is operated through Shopify.

2. Orders

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy the items at the listed price. We accept your offer when we send the order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or if there's a payment problem.

3. Pricing

Prices are listed in US Dollars and may change without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping and returns

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms.

5. Product descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately, but small variations in color, dimension, or material can occur. Product images are illustrative.

6. Intellectual property

All content on lum.shop, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Lum or our suppliers. You can't copy or reuse it commercially without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lum is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the store or our products.
